Therefore the need of the National Police of Colombia commits to implement is created, and through its police community, learning sign language, it creates a chain of recreational knowledge through signs and symbols, which allows to have a better interaction in society, especially among people with hearing disability, this in order to contribute to equality in our service and be more efficient, effective and closer to the community, ensuring better development in harmony and security of the citizenship.
The increase of this population with hearing impairment, allows us to live with a new generation; It is for this reason that the act against the needs of the new challenges become our reason and our vocation, enables new experiences and expectations to reach the motto: “my police and with the same heart”, resulting in a successful beginning to extent the idea of bringing equality.
